Once the structural shell is watertight, our trades team moves in to deliver a complete interior finish. We install complete wet underfloor heating systems on all ground-floor extensions — pipework embedded directly into a levelled concrete screed and connected to your existing boiler. Once the screed has fully cured, our tiling team takes over with a wide choice of porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiles in any format or finish.
Large-format tiles (600×600mm and above) are our most popular choice in Birmingham extensions — they make rooms feel more open and are far easier to maintain. The finished floor is tested for heating performance and checked for level before handover.
